10 minute Circuit:
- 5 Push press
- 5 Good Mornings
- 5 Front Squats
Average Workout: (sets x reps)
- 10 minutes mobility work, Scapula, Hips, Ankles
- 20 minutes: Push Press max x1, -20kg x2x5
- 20 minutes: Front Squat max x1, -20kg x2x5
- 5 minutes: Good Mornings 35-40kg x5x10
