15 minutes mobility work, Scapula, Hips, Ankles

10 minute Circuit:

  • 5 Push press
  • 5 Good Mornings
  • 5 Front Squats

Average Workout: (sets x reps)

  • 10 minutes mobility work, Scapula, Hips, Ankles
  • 20 minutes: Push Press max x1, -20kg x2x5
  • 20 minutes: Front Squat max x1, -20kg x2x5 
  • 5 minutes: Good Mornings 35-40kg x5x10
